Ben Horlock:
Ben has significant experience in delivering end-to-end electric vehicle charging infrastructure for residential apartment developments across London and the UK. Drawing on senior commercial and leadership roles across FMCG and vertical farming, Ben applies a deep understanding of complex systems to a new sector—identifying technical and operational barriers early and delivering practical, future-ready EV solutions.
Mike Banton:
Mike has spent c. 30 years working in construction and property development. In 2010, he founded a construction business that grew into a £25m group with over 40 staff, exiting fully in 2024. He now leads EVFM and Bansco, holds a board position at a family office, and has held senior advisory roles across energy, vertical farming and anaerobic digestion businesses globally
Harry Capewell:
Harry is a project development specialist with over a decade of experience taking infrastructure projects from concept to completion. Having delivered both small and large scale schemes, bridging strategy, commercial delivery, and execution. Harry is known for cutting through complexity, managing risk, and driving projects forward to achieve practical, high value outcomes.
