Designed with future growth in mind, the scheme includes infrastructure provision for a further 7 charging bays, enabling seamless expansion as demand increases. From initial design and installation through to commissioning and ongoing network management, EVFM provided an end-to-end solution that future-proofs the development while delivering a seamless charging experience for residents.

One Tower Bridge, London
At One Tower Bridge, one of Berkeley Homes’ landmark developments on the banks of the River Thames, EVFM delivered a fully managed EV charging solution featuring 26 smart charge points, supported by upgraded electrical infrastructure and dedicated WiFi connectivity.
Designed to accommodate future demand, the installation includes infrastructure provision for a further 23 charging bays, enabling cost-effective expansion as resident adoption of electric vehicles continues to grow.

Future-Ready Charging Infrastructure for a Landmark Waterside Development. EVFM delivered a fully managed EV charging solution at The Embankment, a flagship Legacie Developments project in Salford. The installation included 32 smart charge points, upgraded electrical infrastructure, and dedicated WiFi connectivity to support reliable network performance and remote management.
Designed to meet both current and future resident requirements, the project also incorporated infrastructure for 6 additional charging spaces.

Large-Scale EV Charging Designed for Future Expansion. At Element The Quarter, EVFM delivered a comprehensive EV charging network featuring 22 smart charge points for residents of this prominent Liverpool development.
Recognising the increasing demand for electric vehicle charging, the project was designed with significant future capacity, including infrastructure provision for a further 34 charging bays.
